Who we are:
The College of Arts, Social Sciences, & Humanities (CASSH) helps students develop into global citizens prepared to solve the complex issues of the 21st century.
We provide students with innovative coursework and strong connections with faculty and staff to continually develop critical thinking skills, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work in teams.
We provide major, minors, and certificate programs in the arts, social sciences, and humanities along with graduate programs in Student Affairs Administration and School Psychology, including one of the two doctoral degrees offered at UWL - the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Student Affairs Administration and Leadership.

2023 ONE DAY FOR UWL CASSH CHALLENGES:
- When 20 CASSH faculty or staff make a gift to any area, Dean Karl Kunkel and Sarah Kunkel will unlock $500 for the Theatre and Dance Department.
- Dr. Enilda Delgado will match the first $250 donated to Sociology!
- Mary Tollefson will match the first $500 given to the Music Scholarship & Development Fund!
- Adam Van Liere will match the first $500 given to Political Science/Public Administration!
- Terry Lilley will match the first $250 given to Race, Gender, and Sexuality Studies!
- Ariel Beaujot will give $250 to the History Department when 15 recent grads make a gift to the History Department!
