Oral History Program

Who we are:

As the oldest and second largest oral history program in the UW System, OHP guarantees that a diverse set of local perspectives shaping daily life will survive for people to access in the future.

How we Live Maroon:

We train students in vital career-readiness skills. Since 2016, we have offered paid internships and our graduates put their preservation skills to use wherever their next chapter takes them.

Why Give Maroon:

Financial support from donors has kept OHP going for decades. Presently, OHP is working on projects relating to the local Amish community, the local People's Food Coop, and much more!
