Who we are:

The UWL Police Department is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment that allows everyone in our university community to thrive. The safety of our students is our top priority.

How we Live Maroon:

Our department goes beyond traditional policing by supporting outreach events like self-defense classes, mental health awareness courses, Coffee with a Cop, the International student ice fishing experience (see photo) and food donation programs. We love being able to build trust and connection with our students.

Throughout One Day, Stryker the Eagle will be soaring through campus playing a game of Keep or Double the Donation with students. This game allows students to determine where up to $2,500 should go. Eagles@Work Spirit Contest

In celebration of One Day, the UWL Alumni & Friends Foundation is hosting a special Eagles@Work pep rally for alumni faculty and staff and those who give philanthropic support to campus. Attendees are encouraged to wear spirit gear. The attendee with the best spirit wear will receive a $500 donation made on their behalf to their favorite place on campus.
