The Kwik Trip Integrated Core Program (ICP) is a distinctive learning experience that connects marketing, management, and finance theory with critical thinking, communication, and professional skills. ICP immerses students in an interdisciplinary business environment where classroom learning meets real-world application.
How we Live Maroon:
The ICP uses high-impact practices to deliver real-world business experience early in students’ academic careers. Students work in collaborative teams on three interdisciplinary projects each semester, culminating in a client-based project. Projects are intentionally unstructured to mirror the complexity of today’s business environment and emphasize the intersection of finance, marketing, and management.
